As part of global Product Management team, support the business success of new services and drive growth and improvement of existing service portfolio. Collaborate and support across the product management team, with exposure across retail focused initiatives as well as sustainability focused initiatives. Works independently; receives minimal guidance to execute go-to-market plans including: crafting messaging that attracts and converts prospects and leads; creating sales materials to facilitate positive client experience; and executing against launch plans that outline in detail how products are promoted and sold. Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Management team to understand the competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals. Executes client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth. Supports market and trend research efforts to identify new opportunities and ensure products and messages are properly targeted. Gathers insights to influence business decisions and shape Product Management strategy. Works with guidance to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase. Works with guidance to create compelling content to ensure that sales have the knowledge required to effectively sell product offerings. Partners with sales to foster a continuous feedback loop. Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices. Qualifications Minimum Knowledge Preferred. Generally, 3-5 years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency. Minimum Skills Preferred Strong writing and presentation skills. Collaboration Basic project planning and management. Customer-centric orientation. Interviewing. Budget tracking. Analytical skills. We are a global team that conducts business with English as our primary common language, so candidate must be a fluent English speaker and writer. Minimum Abilities Preferred Able to understand technical and scientific issues and to translate complex information for nonscientific audiences.
