Marketing Controlling Supervisor Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Job Overview This role is a strategic finance business partner for the commercial organization. It supports business growth by turning strategy into clear financial insight, identifying risks and opportunities, and guiding decisions. The position leads planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management while ensuring focused execution of business priorities. Responsibilities Partner with commercial and cross‑functional leaders to provide financial insight, explain performance, and support strategic decisions. Lead planning and forecasting activities, including business plans and monthly reviews, linking projections to business drivers and priorities. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and other relevant Finance teams to align decisions and support execution. Use fact‑based analysis and scenarios to challenge assumptions, highlight trade‑offs, and drive value creation. Identify and deliver opportunities to improve productivity, cash flow, and financial processes. Supervise pricing, contracts, returns, cash flow, investments, and expenses using digital tools, translating findings into actionable decisions. Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and governance requirements. Support month‑end close, accrual reviews, variance analysis, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, industrial/chemical engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of financial planning and analysis. Preferred certifications: MBA, CMA, CPA, or similar. Required skills: Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management ability to turn financial insight into clear business recommendations; proven strategic partnership; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a fast‑paced environment; strong attention to detail; analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills; learning agility, sound judgment, and comfort working through ambiguity and change. Language: English proficiency required.
