Summary We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of organizational change initiatives. The Change Management Consultant will work closely with project teams and key stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Project management experience is a plus. Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies and plans. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness assessments. Identify and manage potential risks and issues related to change initiatives. Develop communication plans and materials to support change initiatives. Provide coaching and support to project teams and key stakeholders. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and recommend improvements.
