Responsibilities Supervise and direct daily activities related to machinery and equipment in the plant, ensuring compliance with product quality requirements, production volume, and budget. Lead and coordinate manufacturing engineers to ensure proper operation of equipment and machinery. Drive continuous process and machine improvements using the PEAK system. Manage cost control, budgets, and capital projects, including selection and leadership of transfer projects, equipment evaluation, and development. Monitor and ensure adherence to preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans; ensure compliance with safety guidelines (SEAL, OSHA, NOM) and ISO requirements and quality management systems. Requirements Mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering or related field. Minimum of five years of experience supervising and managing technical personnel. Experience with PTM tools. Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Advanced English proficiency (approximately 90%). Willingness to travel.
