Ensure the significant characteristics of the process in their responsibilities. Develop and update standard operation manuals for processes. Continuous improvement, proposing and leading continuous improvement projects, using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Process Analysis, evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Investigate and analyze the causes of deviations in processes and products, proposing corrective and preventive solutions. Develop process flowcharts and map them. Generate periodic reports on the performance of the processes and the improvements implemented them.
