Essemtec USA is a sales and services subsidiary of Essemtec AG, a division of Nano Dimension. Essemtec designs and manufactures All-In-One Paste Jetting, SMT Placement, & Dispensing machinery servicing a variety of industries including Military, Medical, Consumer, Aerospace, & Lighting. Essemtec additionally provides software, peripherals, and services, working with industry leaders and customers on innovative research and development defining future needs. Responsibilities Work with decision-makers and other stakeholders to position and sell Essemtec’s product portfolio. Plan, organize, lead sales growth, penetrate new and under-served accounts, and maintain customer satisfaction on a long-term basis. Develop and maintain account plans and execute sales strategies aligned with the account plans. Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities to meet or exceed quotas. Submit accurate and detailed weekly sales forecasts to sales management. Provide quotes and present proposals to customers and engage in face-to-face meetings with key prospects, customers, and partners on a weekly basis. Maintain detailed knowledge of Essemtec’s products, training offerings, competitive products, and customer vertical industry, and have an in-depth understanding of customer goals. Help customers make future solutions decisions based on product roadmaps. Communicate a strong technical understanding of the company’s offerings and know when to engage assistance from pre-sales, engineering, marketing, and senior management. Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships within the electronics manufacturing industry, as needed to develop business opportunities. Relay feedback from customers and prospects to affect new product development and product modifications to assure positive satisfaction. Exemplify professionalism and work to become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, exhibiting teamwork, a sense of urgency, independent judgment, ability to get along with others, creative thinking, and personal integrity to contribute to a cohesive, productive unit dedicated to the achievement of corporate and team goals. Experience Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of success in selling capital equipment to the SMT and/or semiconductor industry in Mexico. In-depth knowledge of the SMT and/or semiconductor industry, including key players, market trends, and customer needs. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong network of connections with SMT and/or semiconductor end users, including experience working with key decision-makers and influencers. Proven experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, particularly in the SMT and/or semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell complex capital equipment to customers.
