Outbound Sales Development Representative At Tive, we help ensure shipments are delivered on time and in full, reducing shipment delays and minimizing loss. Responsibilities As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Tive, you will uncover new business opportunities for the Latin America region by researching fit companies, setting introductory meetings, and generating interest about Tive’s ROI. You will work closely with sales and marketing to deliver the right message to decision makers at the right time. SDRs help build a pipeline and may progress to senior sales development or sales executive roles. Qualifications 0-2+ years of experience in high‑tech B2B marketing, inside sales, or sales development. Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. A hunter mentality and strong work ethic driven by healthy competitiveness. High motivation and resilience in a fast‑paced environment where change is constant. Experience building prospect lists and using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn for outreach. Proven lead management, account development, opportunity qualification, and territory management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Professional proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMs. What you’ll be doing Generating qualified prospects and customer meetings for Account Executives. Researching new key accounts and crafting personalized, account‑based messaging delivered by phone, email, and social media. Owning your pipeline as an abbreviated sales cycle with continuous new account influx. Becoming a subject‑matter expert on Tive solutions and competitive positioning. Scheduling well‑qualified appointments with key decision makers. Using Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and G‑Suite for outreach.
