Job Description You support sourcing for spend categories—including sourcing execution and stakeholder management—to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization. What You Will Bring Experience in procurement across different markets Future‑focused mindset with curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation, and ability to translate opportunities into business strategies Strategic sourcing and risk management skills Business and financial acumen and understanding of how procurement adds financial value Leadership experience developing teams in multicultural environments Organizational agility, stakeholder influence and effective senior‑leader interaction based on business priorities Trust, integrity and perseverance Main Responsibilities Support NA sugar and dairy strategy development and implementation Analyze regional spend data and understand business needs Provide regional market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities Develop sourcing strategy with implications on region (productivity, cash, innovation, sustainability) Define supplier negotiation strategy at country and/or regional level Support strategy execution at regional and local levels Prepare and plan regional bids, and co‑lead regional or global negotiations Lead supplier performance evaluation process and develop action plans in alignment with stakeholders Lead contract implementation and drive compliance per procurement policies Collaborate with local BU procurement operations to implement new contracts and generate extended value to increase service levels Coordinate contract implementation tasks with regional and local procurement operations and users Support supplier relationship management and risk management Continuously track supplier performance to meet OTIF/RFT target Lead supplier development activities, set up cross‑functional review meetings to improve performance and innovation projects Education & Certifications Minimum bachelor’s degree in commercial & business related subject (e.g., e‑commerce, finance, accounting, international business, marketing, economics) Master’s degree or MBA is preferable Job Specific Requirements Minimum 7–10 years of procurement/supply chain experience (technical or sourcing), experience with sourcing a plus, raw materials or project management preferred Experience managing multi‑functional and multi‑cultural projects and teams, preferred FMCG Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit Spanish speaking an asset Travel Requirements 10% to 15% travel. Work Schedule Regular business hours Monday through Friday (Hybrid). Salary and Benefits The expected base salary range is $102,600 to $128,250 CAD, depending on experience, skills, education and budget. The position is eligible for a bonus program with a target of 14% and possible overachievement based on performance and company results.
