We are seeking a Rewards Intern to support our Total Rewards team in Mexico. This role will provide hands‑on exposure to benefits administration, total rewards analytics, and cost optimization initiatives , while partnering closely with regional and global Rewards colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or finance , and who is eager to learn how organizations design and manage competitive and cost‑effective rewards programs. This role may be eligible for conversion to a full‑time position depending on performance, business needs, and position availability. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with data Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus Interest in compensation, benefits, and total rewards Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately Effective written and verbal communication skills Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English preferred Ability to work as part of a collaborative Rewards team, learning from teammates while contributing ideas, analyses, and support across initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
