Requirements 2+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience. Confident, clear communicator with excellent English (verbal and written). Highly organized, disciplined, and able to self‑manage in a remote environment. Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude to manage customer expenses and upgrades. Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field. SaaS/IoT experience or familiarity with subscription‑based business models.
