Joining us as a Talent Acquisition Partner means serving as a strategic recruiting advisor who oversees the entire hiring process and offers consultative design services to Business Leaders and HR Business Partners. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for ensuring an excellent, high-touch experience for both candidates and employees throughout the end-to-end recruiting cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence our business growth by driving process optimizations, leveraging market insights, and implementing new talent solutions. Responsibilities Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for business client teams by driving innovative sourcing, resume evaluation, and candidate management to meet critical business hiring timelines. Partner consultatively with HR and functional leaders to conduct detailed kick-off conversations, co-create strategic job descriptions, and deeply understand evolving talent needs. Leverage market intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Revelio Labs) to analyze talent market trends, providing data-driven recommendations to influence profile definitions, sourcing approaches, and talent mapping. Drive continuous improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager journey by optimizing processes and supporting the implementation of new TA technologies. Communicate measurable success metrics and business trends to key stakeholders while actively participating in high-priority TA project work. Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, preferably within a multinational environment. Demonstrated full-cycle sourcing experience resulting in robust talent pipeline development. Prior hands-on experience utilizing TA-specific technologies and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors ATS, etc.). Professional proficiency in English (at least intermediate level) with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Preferred Qualifications Superior ability to partner with, advise, and influence candidates and business leaders in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships. Prior experience recruiting for Latin America or strong existing knowledge of LATAM talent market and stakeholder management in the region. Proficiency in Portuguese to support cross-regional talent initiatives.
