Collaborate with Architects and team leads to design the product architecture. Manage software engineers, fostering career growth and solid team practices. Participate in development and testing across teams. What We Are Looking For 6+ years of software development experience. 3+ years as a tech lead or similar management role with strong leadership skills. Excellent coaching, team building, and collaboration abilities. Business‑oriented mindset with ability to track and communicate metrics. 2+ years leading a product engineering team in a product company. Strong technical background, particularly with .NET. Public cloud experience. Experience with Agile development. Knowledge of Angular and AWS (plus). Advanced English proficiency.
