Operations Specialist – Hyperscalers Client Join to apply for the Operations Specialist – Hyperscalers Client role at SoftwareOne Scope: Full‑time / hybrid | S&C Marketplace Delivery | Location: Mexico City We seek a highly skilled and knowledgeable SME Cloud Support Provider (CSP) services who will be crucial in driving CSP initiatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of managed services. The ideal candidate will deeply understand CSP processes, subscription management, and Microsoft services, and will efficiently collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize client onboarding, service delivery, and after‑sales queries. Responsibilities Provide expert‑level consultation on CSP services, including licensing, subscription management, billing, and Microsoft cloud solutions. Identify opportunities to streamline CSP processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer happiness. Work closely with onboarding managers, account managers, and technical teams to ensure flawless service delivery and issue resolution. Serve as the main point of contact for sophisticated CSP‑related queries and provide prompt resolutions. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field. Language: English (minimum B2). Experience: Knowledge of basic licensing models, procurement processes, supply chain, customer management, vendor management, or customer support (preferably in the software industry). Technology Skills: Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot). Global Experience: Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs. Desired Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect). Understanding of Microsoft Cloud offerings and subscription models. Familiarity with Microsoft CSP tools and platforms (e.g., Partner Center, Azure, Office 365, CRM). Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
