C.H. Robinson is looking for an Operations Representative to join our team in Monterrey. In this role, you will be essential to maintaining uninterrupted logistics operations overnight, ensuring shipments move efficiently while supporting customers during off‑business hours. Availability to work overnight hours (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) and weekends is required. This position supports a 24/7 global environment. You will engage with peers on‑site one day a week, while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely for four days a week. Duties and Responsibilities Execute one or a combination of the following tasks: order creation, shipment activation, load building, appointment scheduling, and/or track and trace, in accordance with office and company policies and procedures, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in CHR systems. Monitor load boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests. Utilize SOPs to carry out assigned operational activities and meet prescribed service level agreements. Document milestone events, gather and communicate information for proper problem resolution, resolve routine exceptions using SOPs and experience, and follow escalation procedures when required. Run and distribute reports in alignment with defined processes. Focus on internal and/or external customer needs, recognize service issues, implement customer‑focused practices, and/escalate when appropriate. Follow through on customer requests to ensure satisfaction, invite feedback, and seek suggestions for improvement. Build relationships at the appropriate level and work collaboratively both internally and externally to achieve positive outcomes. Complete activities with accuracy and compliance to CHR and customer standards. Contribute to the department’s efficiency by identifying and/or implementing operational enhancements. Understand available tools and resources and how to best leverage each to implement efficiencies. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Previous customer service experience. Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time‑management skills. Ability to multi‑task and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy. Values a diverse and inclusive work environment.
