Responsibilities Primary contact for external IFM partner and accountable for high performance of services such as catering, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, reception/helpdesk, mail room, and waste handling. Conduct performance assessment of the IFM partner under the global contract framework, including KPI scoring and monthly audits. Collect feedback from end‑users and partners, ensuring high performance. Compare promised service levels with actual deliveries and address discrepancies with the service provider. Cooperate with the IFM partner to develop SOPs that deliver consistent performance and quality. Secure end‑user satisfaction through surveys and exit polls. Oversee budgeting, payment applications (POs), expense approvals, and change‑order approvals. Coordinate with the global IFM team to provide local status updates and address customer concerns. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (Code of Conduct, hygiene, safety, ISO). Drive continuous improvement in the IFM area and share best practice knowledge across facilities. Prepare and provide soft‑service IFM scope for new buildings. Qualifications Experience within IFM soft‑service business. Experience and knowledge from the catering and cleaning business. Experience managing an external facility service partner, preferably an integrated facility management provider. Significant exposure to a facility‑management function in a large international organization. Understanding of outsourced facility‑management processes.
