Respond to customer questions and concerns and ensure all inquiries are handled and documented in a timely and professional manner. Ability to interact and thrive in a high-volume environment. Provide an appropriate sense of urgency when responding to customer requests. Maintain a positive attitude, friendliness, and exceptional customer service when corresponding with customers. Participate in designated team meetings to improve the overall department and/or enhance the quality of customer service. Effectively advise the trainer, floor support, or team leader quickly and thoroughly to inform them of any problems or unusual issues that may lead to escalation or a dissatisfied customer, so that alternative action can be taken when necessary. Think outside the box to troubleshoot process exceptions and recommend solutions. Responsible for entering accurate information in a timely manner into the computer-aided dispatch system: detailed documentation is required for shift change or for potential future investigation purposes. What skills will you need? Sensitive and articulate verbal and written communication skills in both English (intermediate - advanced C1) and Spanish Flexible work schedule in operations Proficiency in Windows PC applications, including MS Office and the Internet Ability to type 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy Ability to operate multiple computer programs High school diploma/GED or equivalent Eighteen (18+) years of age or older at the date of hire Qualified candidates should be comfortable in a multitasking, high-energy environment.
