We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant with 5+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end CRM/ERP solutions. This role is critical in driving solution design, implementation, and optimization across enterprise initiatives, including taxation processes in the U.S. and Canada . The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertise with technical understanding, and excels at engaging stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations). Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions . Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Design and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and middleware tools. Oversee data migration , data quality processes, and system optimization initiatives. Provide functional and technical leadership to development and support teams. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements . Ensure adherence to best practices in security, performance, governance, and scalability. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM . Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Service Finance & Operations Hands-on experience with Power Platform . Technical knowledge of: Plugins, Workflows, Custom APIs Experience with Azure integration services . Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills . Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Azure certifications (preferred). Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments . Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Nice to Have Experience with taxation frameworks (US & Canada) .
