We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to join our PMO team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving successful execution. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable business value. This is a strategic position focused on enabling organizational success through effective program leadership. Responsibilities Build and manage program roadmaps aligned with business strategy. Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program. Support teams by removing blockers and escalating issues when needed. Manage resources, timelines, and project changes. Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure smooth execution. Track performance and drive efficiency and cost improvements. Maintain and optimize project management tools and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. 3+ years of experience in program or project management. 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams. Proven ability to define and execute program requirements. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and metrics for decision-making. High proficiency in Excel and project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
