Responsibilities Ensure the continuous operation and reliability of critical plant infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical distribution, compressed air, industrial water, and fire protection systems. Coordinate and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment and facility uptime. Lead facility improvement, expansion, renovation, and infrastructure projects to support business growth and operational requirements. Manage contractors, vendors, and external service providers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Monitor facility performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Support energy‑saving and sustainability initiatives across the facility. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Develop, manage, and control departmental OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Security, and Production teams to support manufacturing objectives. Lead, coach, and develop Facilities supervisors, technicians, and support personnel to build a high‑performing organization. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities, Industrial Maintenance, Utilities, or Infrastructure Management within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing facilities, maintenance, or technical teams. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, compressed air systems, fire protection systems, and building infrastructure. Proven experience managing CAPEX projects, facility expansions, renovations, and infrastructure improvements. Experience developing and executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. Experience managing contractors, vendors, and external service providers. Knowledge of industrial safety, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements. Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong leadership, project management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Experience in Medical Device, Electronics, Automotive, or High‑Volume Manufacturing industries is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
