Please note: This position is hired and managed through Intugo. While you will work closely with the DYAD team, Intugo will administer your employment relationship. Location: Full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, Sonora (NOT A REMOTE POSITION). Compensation $21,000 monthly MXN Responsibilities Maintain a daily outgoing call volume meeting minimum quotas. Manage a list of leads and their journey in CRM, including logging all calls and keeping accounts up to date with lead statuses and additional information. Complete preliminary screening calls with potential clients over the phone. Handle consultation payments and ensure payment processing is accurate. Schedule consultations with potential clients. Connect with potential clients to build relationships and provide information about the firm's services. Assist in finalizing the conversation from Lead to Client. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and statuses in the CRM. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the sales and intake process. Qualifications Full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, Sonora. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. At least 2 years of experience in sales or intake, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including grammar and punctuation). Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals consistently. Demonstrated strong work ethic and passion for helping people. Ability to excel in a rapidly growing firm and adapt to changing processes and priorities. Proven superior sales skills for effectively qualifying leads and converting them into clients.
