Thoroughly tests developed products. Establishes standards of scripts and work products so others can update/ utilize. Prepares specifications of a highly technical or complex nature. Analyzes user specifications and requirements. Identifies opportunities for process improvements. Works to participate and learn best practices and procedures. Adheres to best practices for software design, retention, documentation, and deployment strategies. Actively owns and participates in lifecycle management of assigned applications and infrastructure. Assists with other educational and administrative matters as needed. Has the ability to resolve simple to complex production support issues. Serves as project manager or leadership roles in managing work efforts. Your Role 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, analyst or developer preferably in the healthcare industry. Skilled in testing, polyglot programming, agile and lean methodologies, Six‑Sigma practices and methodologies, and automation architecture. Main skills – UI Path expertise, Core RPA knowledge (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework) and integrations (SAP, Citrix, web automation). API Development, ADO Dashboard and GitHub, Team Leadership. Ability to design scalable automation solutions, understanding of best practices (logging, exception handling, queues), problem solving, documentation.
