Job Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our direct sales teams providing technical and functional expertise for our suite of hosted and software‑based payment and risk management solutions. You will interact directly with new and existing customers in a pre‑sales role, demonstrating how our solutions can be integrated into their existing infrastructure while addressing any technical questions or concerns customers might have. Additionally, you will include client delivery management by defining the solution and coordinating resources that implement the solution with the client. This is a hybrid position. Work Environment Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2‑3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD; 8+ years of experience in a technical pre‑sales or consulting role, including prior experience with a complex enterprise environment. Experience working as a sales engineer (pre‑sales) in a technical environment is preferred. English and Spanish. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline is required. Master's degree is preferred. Experience regularly giving presentations to customers in a sales environment. Experience working alongside a sales team, supporting them to help win new business. Knowledge of payment and/or risk management systems is strongly preferred. Strong customer interaction skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and articulate manner to both technical and non‑technical audiences, in a sales‑oriented manner. Ability to work independently on customer sites with minimal supervision. Experience working in the payments industry and/or eCommerce is preferred.
