Role Purpose The Change Management Engineer executes and documents product and document changes within Windchill in alignment with organizational protocols, quality requirements, compliance requirements, and customer expectations. This role supports effective change control execution across the product lifecycle and helps drive consistency in global document control practices and standards. Key Responsibilities Execute product and document changes in Windchill in accordance with approved procedures and workflows Ensure change records are accurate, complete, traceable, and properly documented Support compliance, quality, and timeliness of change control activities Support global document control governance through maintenance of standards, procedures, and templates Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate change implementation and resolve process issues Support audits and inspections through accurate and accessible documentation Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement actions Provide user guidance on change management and document control requirements Act as SME on change management and provide training on established procedures Track metrics related to change control and document governance performance Experiences/Education - Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or a related field Experience with PLM systems, preferably Windchill Experience in change control, document control, quality systems, or regulated processes Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong command of the English language (verbal, written, and comprehension) Experiences/Education - Desired Experience in a regulated industry or manufacturing environment Experience supporting global or multi-site document control processes Familiarity with audit readiness and compliance requirements Experience using metrics to identify process improvements Benefits Company-wide bonuses and long-term incentives align with key business results and ensure you are rewarded when the company performs well.
