As a key member of their HR team, the TalentAcquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, ensuring the attract, evaluate, and hire top talent to support thestrategic goals of their international metal-mechanics company. The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding of the metal-mechanics ormanufacturing industry and a proven track record in building strong talentpipelines for technical and managerial roles.Education: Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or arelated field. Requirements: Minimumof 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within themetal-mechanics, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Managerial position. Provenexperience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both technicaland non-technical roles.Fluentin both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Knowledge: Strongknowledge of local labor laws, recruitment practices, andindustry-specific hiring trendsExpertisein sourcing and recruiting for a variety of positions, includingengineering, production, sales, finance, and operations.Proficiencyin HRIS, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools.Deepunderstanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use data to makeinformed decisions.Familiaritywith market trends and best practices in recruitment within themetal-mechanics and manufacturing industries.Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to buildrelationships with stakeholders at all levels.Proactive,results-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced,international business environment.Leadershipabilities to manage and mentor a team of recruiters.Excellentorganizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handlemultiple priorities simultaneously.Abilityto promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitmentprocess. Responsibilities: Developand execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’sgrowth and business objectives.Leadrecruitment efforts across multiple functions, including engineering,production, sales, finance, and operations.Collaboratewith department heads to define role requirements, create jobsdescriptions, and ensure alignment with organizational needs.Manageand oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates,conducting interviews, and managing offers to onboarding.Implementand improve talent sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline ofhigh-quality candidates.Buildand maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a clearunderstanding of position requirements and team culture.Usedata-driven insights to analyze hiring trends, evaluate recruitmenteffectiveness, and optimize strategies.Act asan ambassador of the company’s culture, promoting diversity, equity, andinclusion throughout the recruitment process.Overseethe hiring budget and ensure recruitment activities are cost-effectivewhile meeting the company’s hiring needs.Manageand mentor a small team of recruiters, supporting their professionalgrowth and development.
