Responsibilities Support laboratory management and raw material inventory control Participate in laboratory applications for dairy, bakery, and confectionery Assist in pilot plant trials Support product evaluations and development activities Follow up on shelf‑life studies Register and track data in internal systems and files Support general laboratory operational activities Qualifications Active student in Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biochemistry or related field Knowledge in food areas: dairy, bakery or confectionery Academic experience in laboratory work and reporting Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and food processes Excel skills (formulas, filters, charts, pivot tables) Basic to intermediate English (reading and data entry) Availability for 6 hours per day (7:00 am–1:00 pm or 10:00 am–4:00 pm) How You Would Stand Out Interest in food product development, proactive mindset and quick learner, strong organization and attention to detail.
