Responsibilities Manages the product development to launch process, ensuring execution aligns with project plans and product P&L for profitability; handles revenues of $250k-$500k for International Business Segment. Owns, manages, and communicates the product roadmap, collaborating with industry analysts and cross-functional teams. Develops go-to-market packaging and works with product marketing on strategies, pricing analysis, and collateral. Creates comprehensive business cases for new product functionality, incorporating analysis for decision-making, prioritization, and value propositions. Collaborates with business leaders, sales, IT, legal, marketing, and relationship management to define product goals, objectives, market positioning, and pricing strategies. Conducts structured market research (industry publications, analyst research, experiential research, client surveys) and summarizes results into a strategic planning approach. Facilitates product concept and requirements workshops with clients and internal teams, documents results, answers questions, and follows up on action items. Validates detailed design with product delivery and technology architecture, ensuring alignment with product objectives and key requirements; provides design direction, testing support, and assistance during execution. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science; or a combination of relevant training/experience in lieu of a degree. At least 4 years of relevant experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience.
