General Summary The Product Development Test and Engineering (PDTE) team is looking for a highly motivated and organized Engineering Operations Analyst to support their teams with a variety of operational responsibilities to support the project roadmap. This role involves managing and entering data, developing data entry tools and workflows, and supporting the operations & engineering leads with the management of manufacturing and operational data. Responsibilities Manage manufacturing forecasting, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and enable downstream planning Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly plan vs. actual analysis Review and validate monthly data inputs for accuracy and reasonableness Support monthly operational reporting processes Ensure data consistency across all systems and spreadsheets to maintain data integrity Assist with the creation of presentations and tracking of internal/external action items Identify areas for improvement and help with the execution of those improvements Help in the development of data accuracy tools Work on improving processes and reporting mechanisms to increase efficiency across teams Perform other assigned duties to support engineering teams in achieving their goals Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree, OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience. English fluent (98% verbal and written). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in data management and analysis in Excel, TM1, Tempus, or other programs. Experience supporting Engineering Operations, Engineering Finance, project, or program management. Ability to quickly understand new processes and learn new tools. Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Sumifs, Xlookup). Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Self‑motivated team player able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate issues as they arise. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
