Position Overview To ensure that orders are issued to suppliers and order material planning is successful and that the capacity is used in efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Oversee the raw material purchase order process (issuance, tracking, and approval) to maintain optimal inventory levels. Follow up on planned requirements of raw materials with buyers and making sure these are sent and confirmed by suppliers. Follow up on critical materials and manage an appropriate escalation process within the organization. Coordinate with carriers to follow up materials arrivals until manufacturing site. Supplier management to negotiate on supplier shortages improvements. Coordinate with planning and work on extended planning forecast. Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience working in similar roles in manufacturing plants. Experience working on Suppliers delivery evaluations. Experience in Inventory and shortages reports. Knowledge on the complete purchasing cycle. Desirable: Experience on Medical Devices companies. Proficiency on SAPMM Modules is required. English proficiency: Intermediate - Advanced. Microsoft proficiency: Intermediate - Advanced. Excellent Leadership and communication skills. Qualifications / Education Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related careers.
