Job Summary The Strategic Account Manager partners with customers to secure their entire digital experience, driving new engagements within the largest revenue‑producing clients and owning strategic security partnerships that enable enterprise‑wide digital transformations. As a seasoned executive‑level sales professional, you will architect macro‑level strategic security partnerships with large, visible matrixed enterprise accounts, steering the deployment of a comprehensive zero‑trust security infrastructure using Palo Alto Networks’ full portfolio. Your Impact Drive strategic revenue expansion within the dedicated enterprise account. Orchestrate complex enterprise sales cycles, coordinating with engineering, support, and business units. Execute consultative solutioning, identifying business and architectural vulnerabilities and designing integrated cybersecurity platforms. Map the competitive landscape, analyze competitor activities, and identify customer needs. Develop strategic account plans, ensuring rigorous pipeline development and accurate forecasting. Deliver insight‑driven value propositions, turning case studies and threat intelligence into actionable business insights. Maintain industry expertise on news and trends affecting products and services. Manage strategic travel to customer corporate centers, regional hubs, and company‑wide meetings. Qualifications Experience and knowledge of SaaS‑based architectures, ideally in networking and/or security. Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and consultative sales techniques. Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products solve business problems. Ability to identify problems, review data, determine root causes, and provide scalable solutions. Ability to cultivate relationships with channel partners and bring a channel‑centric Go‑to‑Market approach. In‑depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and ability to follow a structured sales process. Holistic approach to problem solving with awareness of complex interrelationships and outcomes. Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously. Business proficiency in English and Spanish, with experience engaging executive relationships in LATAM markets.
