We’re looking for someone who can review, edit, and oversee content accuracy across 40+ client accounts to ensure everything we publish is polished, error-free, and on-brand. As a Copywriter, you’ll act as the final checkpoint before content goes live and eventually build engaging content for our proven vault of content. You’ll make sure every scheduled post, caption, and content plan is correct, professional, and client-ready. You’ll also help keep the team on track by creating tasks, reports, and follow-ups that ensure deadlines are never missed. This role requires extreme attention to detail, strong editing skills, and organizational excellence. Responsibilities Review organic social media content plans for spelling, grammar, and accuracy before client approval Audit all scheduled posts across 40+ client accounts for errors or inconsistencies Review any content created for clients (posts, captions, graphics) to ensure it is error-free and factually correct Create copy templates for our internal content vault that team members can use to build organic social media plans Create and assign tasks for timely execution when errors or gaps are identified Generate daily reports on overdue items, content issues, and upcoming deadlines Maintain a high-level view of all client accounts, ensuring quality and consistency in everything published Work closely with strategists, community managers, and management to maintain Diamond Accelerator’s high-quality standards Requirements Exceptional spelling, grammar, and editing skills Extremely high attention to detail — nothing slips past you Strong organizational and reporting skills Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and content scheduling tools Excellent written communication skills for feedback and collaboration Ability to oversee content for 40+ active clients simultaneously Proactive, reliable, and deadline-driven Experience in copy editing or quality assurance in marketing/agency settings Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Docs, ClickUp, and/or GoHighLevel Interest or experience in the aesthetic, beauty, or health industries Salary is based on experience and skillset, with room to grow within the company.
