We believe in the power of teamwork, innovation, and talent development to continue expanding our global OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Ground Freight Pricing Executive to join our commercial and operations team.This role will be fully focused on ground transportation pricing, supporting domestic and cross-border operations through strategic rate analysis, carrier management, and competitive quotation development.Your mission will be to build accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing solutions while maintaining strong relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced logistics environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage pricing quotations for domestic and cross-border ground freight services.Analyze transportation costs, carrier rates, market trends, and margins to ensure profitability and competitiveness.Negotiate and maintain relationships with trucking carriers, brokers, and transportation providers.Monitor market fluctuations, fuel impacts, capacity trends, and pricing updates within the ground freight sector.Support Sales and Key Account Management teams with pricing strategies and operational insights.Maintain and update pricing databases, routing guides, and internal quotation tools.Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve pricing processes, and increase operational efficiency.Ensure timely responses to RFQs and customer pricing requests.RequirementsAlmost 1 year of experience in Pricing within the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry.Expertise in ground freight / terrestrial transportation pricing.Experience handling domestic and cross-border trucking to advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and international teams.Strong understanding of freight costs, market dynamics, incoterms, margins, and quotation structures.Advanced analytical and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, pricing tables, reporting).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and results-driven professional with deep knowledge of ground transportation pricing and carrier management.The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in dynamic logistics environments, enjoys problem-solving, and contributes strategic ideas that strengthen our competitiveness and operational performance.If you enjoy building competitive ground freight solutions and working closely with carriers and commercial teams, this opportunity is for you.Apply now and join Carolina Logistics!#J-18808-Ljbffr
