Ruedas Grandes is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and strengthen our environmental, health, and safety programs at our San Luis Potosí facility. This role is hands on, visible on the floor, and critical to how we operate every day. We’re looking for someone who understands safety beyond policies and paperwork. Someone who can build trust, drive accountability, and help create a culture where safety is how we work, not just a checklist. What You’ll Do Lead and manage all EHS activities for the site, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and company standards Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs, procedures, and training Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations and follow through on corrective actions Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, inspections, and reporting Partner closely with operations, maintenance, HR, and leadership to promote a strong safety culture Track safety metrics, analyze trends, and clearly communicate results and improvements Support emergency response planning and readiness What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field 5+ years of experience in EHS or safety leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of Mexican safety and environmental regulations Proven ability to influence and coach leaders and frontline teams Comfortable being on the floor, not just behind a desk Strong communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is highly preferred Why Ruedas Grandes Stable manufacturing operation with long term growth Leadership that understands safety matters Opportunity to make a real impact at the site level Competitive compensation and benefits Salary Range: $55,000-60,000 Pesos/Month ***This document is a job posting, it is not a job description***
