Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Validate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly. Own and drive operational adherence to the inventory control policies established within the business objectives. Work with Supply Chain Manager and buyers to standardize inventory processes. Provide support to Production areas by replenishing and expediting materials to the production floor on time without delays. Manage the Inventory/Cycle count team who perform daily cycle counts, monthly or yearly physical inventory and inventory reconciliations. Qualifications College degree or equivalent experience 3+ Warehouse Supervisor experience Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Experience in Physical Inventory process Previous manufacturing industry experience Strong leadership, motivational, and team building #J-18808-Ljbffr
