Advanced Quality Engineer (XRP - Excelerated Development Program) We are seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) to join our XRP (eXcelerated Rotation Program) , a structured rotational program designed for recent graduates who are looking to accelerate their professional development within the automotive industry. The XRP program provides participants with hands‑on experience across key business functions, allowing them to develop technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and quality operations in a fast‑paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities Support quality and manufacturing initiatives to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements. Apply and develop knowledge of Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC. Participate in problem‑solving activities and continuous improvement projects. Analyze process and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product launches, process validation, and operational excellence. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation and procedures. Support internal and external audits and customer requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Recent graduate or early‑career professional. Interest in quality, manufacturing, and process improvement within the automotive industry. Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Advanced Excel skills preferred. Teamwork and collaboration across multiple organizational levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Self‑motivated with a continuous learning mindset. Strong attention to detail and results orientation.
