LG Innotek Mexico is seeking a Project Manager for the Lighting Solution (LS) business. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage mass production projects for LS products for North American customers Monitor and manage project schedule, quality, and readiness across key milestones Identify and resolve project issues and risks through cross-functional collaboration (development, production, quality, etc.) Support customer communication and ensure smooth mass production readiness Track project progress and drive continuous improvement activities Qualifications : Required Spanish communication skills (business or conversational level) Understanding of automotive development processes (APQP, IATF 16949, etc.) Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Qualifications : Preferred English communication skills (business level) Experience in automotive component projects (2+ years preferred) Experience in project schedule/quality/risk management and coordination Experience in customer-facing roles during mass production or quality phases Certifications related to quality systems (IATF / ISO / VDA, etc.) Ability to work in a multicultural environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
