Conduct daily production floor walkthroughs to monitor process compliance, audit staffing levels, identify and resolve operational issues, and continuously optimize work methods and line balancing. Participate in new product process reviews, trial production preparation, pilot runs, and First Article (FAI) build and verification; guide production operations, collect trial-run issues, and ensure closed-loop follow-up to enable mass production of new models. Apply Industrial Engineering methodologies (e.g., motion studies, fixture/jig design) to identify bottleneck stations, implementing targeted improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Address production anomalies related to processes and materials by developing temporary and permanent countermeasures, and track the implementation of engineering changes (ECN/DCN) on the production line. Oversee specialized tasks, including SKD/CKD projects, repair unit solutions, and production staff training. Bachelor’s degree (completed). 3 years of experience in the role. Intermediate English.
