It leads, plans, and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, coordinating with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation. This Role In Summary Accountable to develop and deliver world class equipment, tooling and technology to the RAMOS factory using WCM methodology. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include Installation of equipment, tooling and technology Trial production of equipment and tooling Start-up of equipment and tooling Equipment readiness (MPPAP, EEM 7 Steps, Equipment Open Issues) AY & PV build issues Expense / capital management Total variable cost management Obligations Layout Ship tool / equipment Site prep inspection Installation schedule / audit checks Management installation problem solving within cross‑functional areas Set‑up & debug tool / equipment T3 – tool / equipment runoffs Process capability check (CPK) Reaction plan submission Cycle time check Process parameter check Safety review Lessons learned Education & Minimum Requirements Manufacturing Engineering Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Skills 2+ years of experience in the development and delivery of Controls & Automation equipment. 2+ years of experience in commissioning, installation, and handoff contracts for process technologies. Experience 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience. Languages English: Intermediate.
