Sr. Project Manager We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strategic mindset and proven experience leading complex projects within program/portfolio environments. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects , ensuring successful outcomes aligned with the overall Program/Portfolio strategy. You will lead all phases—from planning through implementation and tracking—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with internal standards and frameworks. Requirements The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred), along with a Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 with at least 5 years of certification experience. You bring 7+ years of experience managing complex projects within programs or portfolios and have successfully operated in matrix organizations with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. English 90% Skills This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. You should be comfortable articulating project vision and goals, aligning stakeholders with diverse objectives, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is essential, alongside experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation. You will lead project planning and execution, align initiatives with business strategy, define and manage governance structures such as Steering Committees and Sponsorship groups, and oversee project dependencies across BAU and other initiatives. You will also lead change management efforts, including communication strategies and training rollouts, while ensuring adherence to PMO standards, tools, and processes. Regular stakeholder updates, financial tracking, and smooth transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations will be key parts of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and contribute to strengthening project management capabilities across the organization. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall , is required, along with familiarity with tools such as MS Teams, JIRA, Confluence, and Lucid.
