Location: Colomos 2300, Italia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. Main Responsibilities Support for the activities of the communication department. Establish and maintain close relationships with alumni to generate bilateral collaboration alliances with ASFG. Organize visits and outreach with alumni. Coordination and management of alumni events (Networking Night & Alumni Talk). Coordination of 10, 20, 35, 40 and 50-year graduation anniversary reunions. Generating opportunities for collaboration between students and alumni (Career Fair, Summer Internships and Service Learning projects). Strengthen public relations with external entities to continue providing benefits to the alumni community. Follow-up and maintenance of databases and surveys. Support communication between the ASFG and Alumni communities through social networks and email. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, administration, or related field. 2 years of experience in similar positions.
