Position Overview We are a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency exclusively focused on serving attorneys and law firms. We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Mexico to support our U.S. sales operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team helping legal professionals grow their practices through innovative marketing solutions. This mainly a non-client-facing position focusing on high-level research, analysis, and document preparation that allows our U.S. sales team to win. However, there may be opportunities for client interactions on a limited basis. If you are analytical, organized, and enjoy working behind the scenes to build the foundations of a successful deal, this role is for you. Position Responsibilities In-Depth Prospect Analysis: Conduct detailed research on potential law firm clients to identify market gaps, current digital performance, and specific pain points to fuel the sales strategy Proposal & Deck Assembly: Compile and organize comprehensive sales proposals and pitch decks, ensuring all data, research findings, and service details are perfectly integrated Material Coordination: Manage the internal workflow for sales collateral, ensuring that every document produced is professional, accurate, and ready on time CRM Integrity: Own the accuracy of our CRM data, ensuring all prospect profiles are updated with your latest research and analysis Strategic Reporting: Prepare internal reports on market trends and prospect data to help leadership refine our outreach efforts Inquiry Management: Respond to internal and customer-related inquiries with high precision, ensuring the sales team has access to accurate, up-to-date information at all times Other duties as assigned by management Requirements Resume must be submitted in English 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or business development role (preferably in an agency or B2B environment) High-level of English proficiency with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools Self-starter with a growth mindset Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams is a strong plus Understanding of the legal industry or professional services is preferred Compensation $16,000 net MXN/monthly Benefits Major medical insurance + vision + dental 6 PTO days per year (personal & sick days) 6 extra vacation days after 6 months Fun Fridays (2 Fridays per month = half days) Ongoing training Real growth opportunities Hybrid / Remote work #J-18808-Ljbffr
