Area management: maintain an updated record of plant areas through a CAD system, including distribution by cost center and available areas. Management of construction projects: coordinate projects from planning, design, execution, customers, departments, purchase orders, and permits from Mexican government and Bosch central departments. Cleaning and gardening: ensure clean areas and well‑maintained gardens. Coordinate civil maintenance group: oversee design and supervision of company and multiple outsourcing construction companies. Coordinate mechanics group: ensure correct plant facility operation. Apply local, international, or corporate standards in building construction, avoiding penalties and ensuring secure building construction. Prepare plant layouts, ensuring orderly growth and ordered changes. Oversee relocation of offices and furniture, ensuring orderly modifications and standardization. Qualifications Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture degree. Experience: 4 years in the automotive industry.
