ZTE CORPORATION DE MÉXICO, leading international Telecommunications company, requires an OLT Engineer (Temporary Contract) Main Responsibilities: Lead technical training and knowledge transfer for the client to ensure operational autonomy. Supports and Deploy the implementation phase and product maintenance after commisioning of OLTs, following agreed procedures and operation guides. Performs the Acceptance Tests Protocol for the new OLT installed. Support the documentation development of each new OLT site, includes but not limited to Installation reports, HLD, LLD. Execute ONT equipment homologation and related performance tests. Maintains the network L1 and L2 support process following SLA procedures. Uses network management software and tools to investigate and diagnose network problems, collect performance statistics and create reports in a Daily and weekly basis. Keep good in touch with the customer and organize the meeting regularly with customer, handling the problem, requirement and complain from customer. To work with the team to continuously improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction. Availability to travel within the country. Required Profiles: Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. More than 3-5 years experience in relevant fields, especially project experience in PON Network products deployment. Knowledge in TCP/IP network and Network Communication Protocols GPON/FTTH product knowledge and business. Knowlegde about principle product, system composition and key technical architecture. Basic knowledge in Linux OS Administration. Well understanding of TCP/IP and Application Layer protocols such as SNMP , FTP, SSH, DNS , DHCP , TR069, PPPoE , etc. Advanced-Intermediate knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Able to handle a fluent conversation in English is a MUST. Experience with management systems and performance analysis; Responsible and proactive, good communication skills and team player.
