SOC Engineer We are looking for a SOC engineer with flexibility and willing to work rotating shifts. Technical skill set Must have hands on experience with Cisco ASA, FXOS, Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. Full understanding of Palo Alto Firewall concepts such as Security Zones, Security policy ordering, Search and Sorting Audit logs, Address Sets, negated addresses, User Roles and tables, route‑based policies, address books, Application traffic control etc. Must have hands on Cisco ISE for VPN authentication, AAA, policy creation. Understanding and experience with routing protocols. Hands‑on skill on handling Security Incidents and plan mitigation. Good understanding of Symantec DLP. Should have good understanding and extensive hands‑on experience on various security technologies including Firewalls, VPN's, IDS/IPS, end point security solutions (AV, HIPS, Hard Disk Encryption), strong Authentication products (RSA Secur ID), Content Security Gateways (Cisco Iron Port Web/Mail Security Gateways), Cisco ISE, TACACS/AAA solutions. Hands on experience in more than one technology is preferred. Understanding of F5 load balancers. Should have good presentation skills – shall be able to participate in review meetings and be able to put across the points of concern. Should have Capability to conduct risk analysis, impact analysis, dependencies on customer/internal teams. Knowledge and experience of working with ITIL (Information Technical Infrastructure Library) Processes. VMWare Administrator – Level 2 VMWare infrastructure administration and management installation, provisioning and troubleshooting of VMware virtual infrastructure and physical server. Installation, upgrade and configuration of VMware vSphere Platform 6.x, ESXi host, vCenter server. Deployment and provisioning of Windows and Linux VMs from template, ISO and preconfigured appliances. Installations for security patches, functional patches and version upgrades. Performance tuning of ESX server. Implementation of hardening on ESXi server. Document support processes. Maintain compliance with corporate security policies: work together with security team, identify server vulnerability issues and resolve them. Responsible for restoration of data: snapshot, HA, DRS & cloning background process. Update manager through OS upgrade VMware ESX (from 6.0 to 6.7). Proficient on VMware technologies such as VMware HA, VMware vMotion, VMware DRS, vCenter and vCenter Update Manager, vCenter and web console. Troubleshooting, upgrade of ESXi host, VMware tools, NIC & HB drivers and firmware on requirement basis or break‑fix. Provide second‑level systems support. Good knowledge of managing HP/Dell hardware and configuration of networking and storage via HP Tools. Knowledge and hands‑on experience of HP OneView and Virtual Connect. Accounts Payable Specialist Process electronic invoices in McLeod ERP ensuring accurate and timely processing within standard SLAs. Validate invoices posted/transferred daily to McLeod. Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. Maintain good relationships with vendors and business owners. Review credit cards for accurate coding and ensure they are within company policy. Review and resolve rejected invoices and notify vendors or approvers. Identify, analyze and resolve issues related to payment failures, delays or variances. Support organizational/operational projects. Contribute to metrics and reporting. Interaction with internal stakeholders, vendor managers, financial communication partners, business partners. Support with transactional work (reports, queries, etc.). Assist in processing of weekly AP disbursements. Research and resolve issues for vendors and employees. Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternatively, a 4‑year college degree or equivalent work experience. 4 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of McLeod, Workflow Logix, Doc Power and Oracle. Skills Required Excellent English communication skills (oral, written, comprehension). Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and analytical skills. Well organized and able to multi‑task. Dependable and trustworthy. Effective verbal and written English communication via multiple online and electronic formats.
