You will partner with a wide range of teams and stakeholders to bridge strategic ambitions with tangible delivery results.ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of data-focused programs and make sure they support overall business prioritiesBring together cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results across every stage of the projectDevelop solid connections with stakeholders and serve as the central contact for all delivery-related topicsEstablish and track key performance metrics to measure progress and uphold delivery qualitySpot risks and interdependencies in advance and craft mitigation plans to keep efforts on scheduleChampion best practices and ongoing enhancements within delivery procedures and team operationsEnable smooth communication between engineering groups, business representatives, and executive leadershipPlan and assign resources thoughtfully across multiple streams of work to honor delivery commitmentsCoach and support team members, cultivating a cooperative and high-achieving work atmosphereDeliver consistent reporting and clear updates on delivery progress, key milestones, and outcomesRequirementsA minimum of 5+ years of relevant IT experience gained across varied projects and settingsAt least 2 years operating in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator capacities2+ years guiding teams of no fewer than 5 membersInvolvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects, or experience releasing a product or major product feature to marketStrong foundation in project administration, covering planning, tracking, and progress reportingProven expertise in handling data and overseeing data-centric initiativesPractical grasp of data architecture concepts, including data modeling and system integrationHands-on experience using Tableau to create dashboards, reports, and visual analyticsWorking familiarity with AWS cloud services for supporting data and infrastructure requirementsSolid command of the SDLC and the ability to apply it within delivery activitiesExceptional communication abilities, with skill in engaging effectively with diverse stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written English at an Advanced levelNice to haveUnderstanding of Data Governance fundamentals, including data quality, ownership, and compliance practicesPractical experience with SAP BW for enterprise data warehousing and business intelligence purposes#J-18808-Ljbffr
