Overview This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain group. A successful incumbent is expected to execute supplier commodity strategies under the guidance of the Sourcing team, building strong relationships with preferred suppliers and ensuring company compliance to policies, and to execute the request for Bill of Materials Scrubs prior to New Product Development design reviews. Key Responsibilities Execute supplier and commodity strategies under the guidance of the Sourcing team, building strong relationships with preferred suppliers and ensuring company compliance to policies. Execute the request for Bill of Materials Scrubs prior to New Product Development design reviews using systems for extracting data and communicating end-of-life parts. Process, track, and ensure completion of sourcing activities and initiatives. Maintain ERP and other business systems for data integrity; resolve discrepancies including invoice issues. Track and analyze supplier spend, commodity, volume, currency, timing and other fluctuations that impact cost reductions and PPV; recommend appropriate action items. Work collaboratively with other functional areas to follow best practices for identifying and reporting misses for sourcing KPIs and data discrepancies. Coordinate with contract management to ensure timely update of database regarding completed and expiring contractual agreements. Facilitate the Request For Quote process, using systems for extracting drawings, data and requesting quotes. Develop supplier business reviews through data analysis. Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reading publications, establishing networks, and participating in professional societies. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed. Education & Certifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Experience 2+ years of relevant work experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Material Requirements Planning or Enterprise Resource Planning.
