Your Team Responsibilities The Real Asset Data Analyst role is associated with the MSCI Real Assets Data team. Your Key Responsibilities Working as a part of growing team of real estate performance analysts who provide real estate property indexes, benchmarks, performance analysis reports, and custom/bespoke analysis to global real estate asset managers and asset owners. Tracking and monitoring various news sources and third-party data providers for commercial real estate transactions. Managing a portfolio or clients and/or funds. Addressing client queries related to funds, analyzing and amending in accordance with data methodologies. Providing bespoke analysis when requested by clients. Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and local market teams. Participating and delivering on the assigned projects as per milestone. Driving efficiency by getting involved in process improvement initiatives. Applying problem‑solving skills to identify innovative workflow efficiencies and enhance processes. Using AI tools to help in better execution of responsibilities. Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel Fundamental knowledge of accounting and finance is mandatory. Working knowledge of MS Excel (required) and knowledge of VBA/Python (desirable). Fluency in any foreign language is a plus; desired experience. 0–4 years of work experience in financial services is desired. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering‑related discipline is required; a management degree is a plus.
