Responsibilities & Objectives Requirements Analysis and Documentation Collaborate with business departments to define business requirements and prepare technical documentation. Assist in drafting Request for Proposals (RFPs) and participate in the selection and evaluation of external vendors. System Design and Development Support Assist in designing business processes and breaking down business requirements into IT product groups. Collaborate with the IT team at Midea Group headquarters on system design, development, testing, and deployment. Testing and Deployment Support Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements. Support system deployment and subsequent optimization efforts. Operational Support and Optimization Monitor the status of application systems and provide operational support. Participate in system performance optimization to enhance user experience and business efficiency. Work closely with supply chain, finance, warehousing, logistics, sales, and after-sales departments to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives. Qualifications Education: Active students in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields. Language Skills: Advanced English with fluent spoken English. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus. Skills and Experience Familiarity with system design and development processes and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ability to analyze requirements and prepare technical documentation.
