The Strategy & Consulting Mexico- Global Network - Industry X is looking for a Senior Manager with experience in any of the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within the Industry X capability in Mexico: Digital Engineering Senior Manager What You Will Do In This Role As a Senior Manager you will lead the Digital Engineering transformation workstreams for industrial clients, with a focus on PLM delivery and Digital Engineering technologies (CAD/CAM/CAE), EBOM/MBOM integration, and Digital Thread enablement. You will support client positioning and proposal development, and ensure successful delivery of complex programs that drive outcomes in cost, time-to-market, quality, and traceability. Production & Operations / Digital Manufacturing – Senior Manager What You Will Do In This Role As a Senior Manager you will lead Manufacturing Operations and Digital Manufacturing transformations (line improvement, productivity, quality, maintenance, and shop-floor digitization) by combining process excellence, technology, and analytics to deliver ROI. You will shape initiatives, build business cases, and lead delivery teams executing IT/OT programs across MES/SCADA/PLC/ERP ecosystems, driving measurable operational outcomes and sustainable adoption. Lead workstreams and programs supporting capital projects and infrastructure initiatives (e.g., data centers, communications, transportation, industrial assets). You will help integrate investment governance, project controls, and digital project platforms, while contributing to value propositions, estimates, and business cases. The role requires strong stakeholder management, presentation skills, and relationship building.
