Job Overview This is a temporary position with a fixed-term contract. Johnson Controls is hiring a Test Engineer to develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for validating PCBAs and finish goods functionality. Responsibilities Design and develop automated test scripts using various testing frameworks to implement functional test sequences on PCBAs and finish goods. Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing on PCBAs and finish goods. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and enhance system functionality. Document test results, track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues. Meet with R&D to define test strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in test development activities. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as NI LabView, NI TestStand, Python, or C#. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
