Job Overview Account Executive (AE) / Deal Closer reporting to the Head of Sales Execution . The main mission is to convert qualified sales opportunities into new business revenue. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Consultative Selling: conduct deep‑dive discovery sessions to uncover the client’s specific freight and logistics pain points. Value Positioning: present the Easy4Pro platform as the solution to their validated problems, emphasizing efficiency, cost avoidance, and hybrid logistics enablement. Deal Process: guide prospects through demos, proposal building, and negotiation. Trial Conversion: secure the client’s commitment to a trial period and manage the deal through final conversion. Internal Handoff: ensure a smooth baton pass to the Account Manager (Implementation/Customer Success) by clearly documenting the agreed scope and success criteria. CRM Discipline: maintain 95%+ data accuracy in the CRM for reliable forecasting. Event Participation: attend events such as fairs to develop business and generate leads. Lead Follow‑Up: contact leads according to their status, from raw to qualified, and report lost cases with lessons learned to avoid future repeats. Profile & Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS closing roles, with a proven ability to close. Strong in value‑based selling and focused on executive‑level outcomes.
